Unimats are currently available in 4 models:

  • The Unimat 350 and the Unimat 450 are workhorses for general production with a smaller footprint to take up less shop space. An impressive list of standard features and optional equipment make either one an excellent choice for any shop.
  • The Unimat 650 and the Unimat 850 were designed from the ground up for heavy production requirements. With outboard bearings and big horsepower, you can run large profiles and small pieces with the same efficiency!
  • The Unimat 850  has a finished working width of 12 1/16" at a price that gives you Weinig quality and extra features at a better value than any moulder available anywhere!

Unimats are currently available in 6 models:

  • The Unimat 300 and the Unimat 500. In addition to the standard machines, they can be equipped with many special application packages. The new Unimat 800 is a very large machine for big profiles.
  • For high horsepower requirements or specialty moulding production, the Unimat 23EL. Available with special configurations for short or large timber and options such as the tilting feed works for bevel resawn ingoing stock.
  • For horizontal sawing and splitting, the Unimat 23SP takes veneer production or accurate splitting to the next level.
  • The Unimat Super 4 is made for planing and squaring timber for gluing applications.
  • The Unimat Gold is a standardized machine produced in large quantities to give you a lot of machine at a very low price.

The WEINIG Powermat 500 -

  • PowerLock Tooling System - New Weinig tooling technology for fast and simple cutterhead changes and a superior surface finish.
  • 8000 RPM - For optimum surface quality with higher feed speed and more output.
  • Frequency Controlled Feed - Exact setting of the feed speed with a simple dial. Infinitely variable from 5 to 30 meters per minute.
  • Large Cutting Circles - Moulding tool holders have a maximum of 200mm. Up to 35mm depth of cut is possible.
  • Superb Finish Quality With Faster Feed Speeds And Easy Operation
  • Available with the Weinig Memory System - Once a profile is produced, it can be repeated with the push of a button. The setting data of any profile produced in the past can be called up at any time.

  • The latest in moulder and cutterhead technology designed for small and medium-sized companies.
  • PowerLock tooling for push-button changeovers and superior finish quality.
  • With the Powermat 1000 you can double the output, reduce the cost per finished piece and shorten delivery times.
  • Select a profile.
  • Press a button to unclamp the cutterheads.
  • Put in new tools, press the button to re-clamp the heads.
  • Adjust the fences and pressure elements with no wrenches.
  • With the PowerCom Control System, press a button to position the machine.
