This sturdy inside/outside dust collector, from 5 HP to 40 HP,
comes in 8 different configurations: with drums or with air locks for bin
loading.
All models have a sprinkler head in the filter section. One
explosion relief door is an option. The
"B" unit is available with 8" Ø filter bags for coarse dust,
chips and large shavings or 5" Ø for fine dust. All
units have a motorized filter shaker, from 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP. The
collector is made from 14 ga. HRS and 16 ga. CRS, with a high gloss machinery
paint finish over primer. Filter media is polyester needle
felt or polyester Beane® knit. Both fabrics can be dry-cleaned or
machine washed.

These dust collectors come in 15 HP to 175 HP sizes, for
truck loading with regular gates, fast emptying swing gates or bin collection
with or without a rotary air lock.
The normal storage area can be increased to suit your
requirements. The motor/blower assembly can be
placed on the ground for easy maintenance or on a stand beside the filter
section. All models have motorized filter shakers,
explosion relief doors and a sprinkler head in the filter section. A fire
damper and spark detection system can be added. Filter
bags are 8" Ø and filter media is polyester needle felt or polyester
Beane® knit.
Most KTM dust collectors can be modified to suit available
space and locations. Round designs are also available.

for separating heavy particles from the fine particles before going
through the impeller and drops them into the steel or plastic
55-gallon drum. With the cyclone effect fitting onto a standard drum
can there is no longer a need to dump the chips and dust from the
collection bag to a disposable bag.

drum dolly is included for easy mobility. 55
gallon drums not included.
Simply
set the drum can on the curb with the lid to be emptied.
The fine particles are trapped by the
filter bag and fall into the disposable plastic bag for easy clean-up.

Model 2634-B is perfect for small shops, and easily rolls through a 36" or
larger door on four swivel casters. The filter is 175 square feet of 80/20 media
that cleans at 0.5 micron with a 99.95% efficiency. Cleaning is done by removing
the filter from the filter rod. Then, raise the filter an inch or so, tap
downward while rotating the filter, and knock the dirt from the filter into the
drawer below. A 7" woodworking vise, casters, tilt out on the front for edge
sanding, and rubber coated top are all standard features.

Denray Machines Cartridge Filter
System is the best on the market. Denray’s "Jet Pulse" pushbutton cleaning
line comes in various dimensions to accommodate any job size. These tables
all come with 80/20 cartridge filters which clean with a 99.95% capture rate
at 0.5 micron. The dust is captured and collected in the filter. The
"Jet Pulse" push button cleaning system sends a burst of air from the air
tank to purge the cartridge filter.
Pushbutton Cleaning tables have air tanks built
inside to be filled with the shops compressed air. At the push of a button,
the complete contents of the tank are instantly dumped inside the filters.
With that large amount of air, the dust is pushed off the filter and settles
into the dust drawer below for cleaning (emptying) as needed. When working
on a downdraft table, smaller pieces will always give you the best results,
where the part you are working on will cover no more than 75% of the tables
surface. If more than 75% of the surface is covered, raise the part up to
allow the negative air created by the table to go under the part; that will
create a much higher air flow.
