DODDS SE-1 SINGLE SPINDLE SINGLE END DOVETAILER

Model SE-1 is complete with pneumatic clamps, magnetic starter, and a carbide tipped dovetail cutter. It's also equipped with a four-sided template that produces dovetails on 1", 1-9/16", 2", and 3-1/8" centerlines. The use of different dovetail centerlines gives unique custom appearance. Your dust collector system can be connected to the optional dust collector chute.

Dovetailing, the hallmark of drawer construction, is one of the most popular forms of drawer joinery and is what your customers have come to expect. The SE-25CNC-TS-PS machines world class dovetails. The drawers sides, fronts and backs are dovetailed from the same carbide tipped tooling assuring a tight dovetail fit. Most materials can be dovetailed without the need for filling or sanding of the assembled joint. This saves you time which will reduce your overall production costs.

DODDS Model DE-760CNC (pictured with optional notcher station) is the leader in automatic double end dovetailing. DODDS is using the latest in servo technology to provide the user with an easy machine to set-up and operate. Machining dovetailed drawer sides at rates up to 1100 parts per hour, it gives world class quality to one of the most popular forms of drawer construction. The DE-760CNC reduces manufacturing cost by dovetailing pre-finished material and squaring the material during the dovetail cycle to ensure exact tenon length. The return conveyor reduces costs even further by allowing the use of one operator to load and unload the material from one location.
